Water lily lamp in bronze and brass signed

Water lily lamp with 2 lights in bronze and gilded brass in the same style and quality as Maison Charles. Signed fozm or form on one of the sheets (see photo). Circa 1970. Lampshade in cream-colored fabric set with golden brass and plastic-coated interior, the whole has been cleaned (a few small, almost invisible stains remain on part of one side of it). Sold without bulbs. Very good state.
