Vintage wall pendant Star formica red 60s

Vintage wall pendant by star of the 60s/70s. The clock features a beautiful red formica façade with brass-coloured formica songs. The dial has a white background, 2 black hands for hours and minutes and one red for seconds. The bulging glass has a chrome-finished surroundings. I think at some point the bulging glass had to open because there is a chrome gong above the dial. I opened it to check but the glass separates from the pendulum and reinstalls as easily (see photos). Personally I try to understand the need for opening because all settles from the back. The clock is in excellent original condition with some very slight traces of use and patina of time. At the back on the left a black dial allows you to adjust the time precisely, on the right a small black tab that is on a stop position and that you have to slide on the start position. For those who like the precision in the middle at the top a small setting that adjusts with a small screwdriver you allow to adjust the precision of seconds. The clock is very quiet, it has a hook to be attached to the wall and it works with a 1.5 volt battery (not provided) Stunning effect guaranteed in a living room, kitchen or other.
