Set of two Louis van Teeffelen for Webe lounge chairs, The Netherlands 1960's

High model teak arm chairs with new green upholstery. Seat height35 cm, seat depth43 cm, seat width50 cm. Louis van teeffelen was the most important designer at wébé. His work was often influenced by danish mid century modern. Like danish designs of the same era, he mainly used teak, brass connectors and brackets and black painted elements. His most famous work is probably his pelican chair and his modular shelving system.
