Ancient copper opaline lamp on the London Underground A very rare framed copper light in a hexagonal shape, with six opalin panels made of milk glass. Originally allegedly hung on a stand mounted outside one of the central London tube stations. A unique opportunity to take ownership of part of London's underground history. Size: Height: 33 Width from base to widest point: 61 cm Origin: Tube station, central London, United Kingdom Towards: 1940s Workshop report: Overall very good, copper has been left in its original state, all opalin glass is transparent. The fixtures come with 1m copper-coloured suspension chain, and a black twisted fabric flex, a new E27 bulb holder. Ready to hang. As with all our products, this product is an original vintage item, so there are signs of wear due to use.
