Hoffmann chair for JJ Kohn Fledermaus 1905 XXth Vienna

Hoffmann chair. Chair n° 728. For jacob & joseph kohn. Vienna 1905. In tinted beech. Model chosen to install the fledermaus cabaret in 1907 see reference of the musée d'orsay which has a copy. Blue partial label ( semper sursum... Wien...) and stamp with iron under the seat. Good general condition. Note: traces of inactive cirons because the chair has been treated. Traces of shocks scratches of use. Halo on the seat. In its original patina. Total height: about 79 cm. Seat height: 47 cm. Total width: 55 cm. Depth: 42.6 cm. A slight difference in tone can be noted between the photo and the original.
