The model n°11 has been the subject of several evolutions since its primitive form (from 1857 at thonet). Around 1875 it was fixed among the main austrian manufacturers around four common components: an oval cannate medallion, a trapezoidal seat, a hoop link, small wooden capitals turned at the top of the front feet. The variants are played around some differences, among others of type of shoulders – coiled and / or cuffed or not. This copy, for lack of a surviving label, is attributable to fischel whose original version n°11 presents from 1890 to 1910 both rolled up and cuffless shoulders, and with a uniform seat belt, without stalling at the location of the front feet. The shape of the capitals is also indicative of the fischel grind. Finally, it can be dated to the first period because of its superb height - 99 cm - against 95 from 1910. Piece in its juice of find in very beautiful condition - common marks of uses and antiquity, natural patina of its experience. Cannages with six manual threads redone a few years ago for the seat and the medallion (finish invisibilized at the back as at the origin), patinated in the antique style, virgin of any snag and perfectly stretched. Ready to install and serve for a long time. -- height 99 cm, seat height 48 cm, seat 53 X 51 cm, width between shoulders 47 cm. -- delivery all france, professional invoice.
