Description
Oil painting on canvas signed "Therrien". This "intimate" painting was acquired in the gallery in the early 2000s. Christophe Therrien is considered one of the most talented painters in Paris décor, specialist in large formats and pictorial techniques, renowned for his mastery of traditional figurative painting. He has produced works for the Paris Opera, the Saint-Etienne Opera, and several theatres as well. He has also worked for film, for major advertising agencies, haute couture houses, etc. He exhibits frequently in Parisian galleries. He has been teaching since 2014 at the School of Wall Art in Versailles.
