Mid-century sofa with new green upholstery and filling. The seating can be pulled to the front to create a 1 person bed, Designed by rob parry for gederland. The silver frame has been refinished as well. With minimal use of materials, parry managed to make an elegant and spacious design. The combination of these properties and the use of metal is a perfect example of dutch mid-century modern design. In his career he designed many items. Famous are for example his lotus lounge chair and sofa, f & t dining or side chair, coffee table and parlez dining table. Together with friso kramer, martin visser, cees braakman and wim rietveld, rob parry is among the best and famous designers of the dutch midcentury.
