Description
Secondary sleeping sofa, known as daybed, designed in the early 1960s by architect designer Ingmar Relling and published until the mid-1970s by Ekornes Svane in trondheim, norway. The visible wood parts are made of teak, and this piece of furniture has been retaped into an anthracite grey fabric with interwoven multicolored threads. This sofa has a teak opening box in which a cushion is placed to extend the seat into a bed-like mattress. The box once opened extends the sofa up to 190 cm. Also under the mattress is a compartment for storing sheets and blankets. This piece of furniture has been carefully renovated by our cabinetmaker and then retaped; so he is in excellent condition and has left for 50 years of good and loyal service!.
