Antique victorian red ox blood leather office tub desk chair captains chair

Description. A late 19th century mahogany framed desk chair with newly upholstered italian red leather seat and back. We have been unable to attribute this chair to a particular designer / manufacturer but it is of exceptional quality and in the manner of the famous 19th century furniture manufacturers, gillows. The chair has been completely restored ready for its new home with the mahogany being oiled and the old brown leather being replaced with this wonderful vibrant red italian hide. Measurements. Height - 77cm. Height to seat - 45cm. Height to arms - 68cm. Width - 57cm. Depth - 49cm. Seat pad width - 50cm.
