Red marble pedestals or side tables

A pair of red marble pedestals or side tables, 1970s - 1980s. This set came from belgium but we are not convinced it was made there. The pedestals are simple made and we suspect not from a factory or production line of sorts. The pedestals are in good condition with only two very minor flaws on one of the pedestal as seen in the last two pics. Great for displaying art or just use them as side tables. There are two sizes: 40 by 40 by 40 and 40 by 40 by 35 so they can be partially placed underneath one another. Please be aware that these tables together are heavy. The size shown below is for both tables!!.
