Antique hand-woven persian maslaghan rug, 1920s 254x135cm

Hand-woven antique persian rug maslaghan. Made around 1920 in western persia. Made of wool dyed with natural plant pigments. Cotton warp of the carpet. Preserved in good condition with a beautiful patina and distinctive abrasives. Despite its age, it has traces of use. As befits ancient persian products, the shape of the carpets is not perfectly regular, so the sizes given are approximate. I fit perfectly in both antique and designer interiors.
