Architect's drawing table Héliolithe and stool L. Sautereau

Beautiful set composed of a drawing table of architect héliolithe des ets maurice benoît located in lyon 50s and a stool l. Sautereau. Superb original patina for the metal parts and the stool. The drawing board is functional and equipped with a lever mechanism with counterweight and pedal, allowing it to be easily tilted and blocked by means of a lever the original top has been replaced by thick plywood, 1.5 cm, and covered with a worn white vinyl type film on the top at the drawing clamps (see photos). The pulley system with metal cables on the perimeter makes it possible to slide the wooden ruler with gutter, remaining strictly parallel to the upper and lower edges. The stool of ets l. Sautereau, which was a manufacturer of furniture for designers in the 60s is equally in its juice and adjustable in height. This beautiful set will be perfect for a draftsman or can be diverted into a table eat-stand, in support to expose paintings or lithographs or simply in decorative object in a loft for an industrial decoration.
