Paneled and Carved Oak Chest or Coffer

Antique early 18th century warm brown paneled and carved oak chest or coffer. Completely made of solid oak from the netherlands. Joined chest with hand carved panels and a lid with forged hinge. The piece is in good condition and shows signs of its great age. It has a beautiful warm brown color with a deep gloss. The coffer has built up a great patina over the many years. Condition details: the piece is in a good authentic condition. There are some old restoration to the bottom of the chest. It is in good working order. Condition: wear consistent with age and use.
