4 authentic thonet chairs (vienna, austria) n°45 1/2 - circa 1900. Model in the thonet 1890 catalogue. Manual six-strand canning. A piece of foot of one of the chairs a little chipped (not wormed - wood remained healthy) Labels "thonet wien" and hallmark (only on old thonet) in "s" under the seat belt. Very popular model from 1890, here with the buttresses in addition (optional at the time, depending on the model). The model will differ from 1904 (85 cm in height against 88 originally). Pair with particularly refined proportions, curves that have remained intact. Collector.
