Gothic-style wall shelf in black and gold

Period: ca. Early 20th, restyled. This small shelf is perfect for highlighting a special object. The rounded and scalloped upper shelf is supported by three panels whose two side panels have gothic-style quadrilobe cut-outs. Gothic designs are also found on the lower edges. The shelf, which was not in good condition, was painted in a satin black. The streamlined edges of the patterns have been demarcated with a renaissance gold color. Although it looks like a corner shelf, it is actually a shelf for a flat wall as you can see with the positioning of the hooks against the flat back panel. Status: good. Restyled. Dimensions: 36 cm wide at the front, 15.5 cm wide at the rear, 19.5 cm high, 19.5 cm deep, 0.55 kg.
