Limited Edition Golden Egg armchair by Arne Jacobsen

The world famous Egg Chair with Ottoman, designed by Danish Architect Arne Jacobsen in 1958 and manufactured by Fritz Hansen was celebrated on its 50th Anniversary in 2008 with 999 limited edition examples. This wonderful limited edition is produced in chocolate brown suede on the back and dark chocolate brown leather on the front. The sophisticated combination of leather and suede is perfectly complimented with a base in solid bronze. The bronze base will darken in appearance, becoming more beautiful over time. This rare set, number 721, is in very good condition. Marked and numbered on the leather under the seat cushion. The bronze base has surface oxidation as intended.
