Description
Rare pair of 2 italian floor, table or bedside lamps designed by sergio asti for candle from 1968. They are made of hand-blown glass providing an opaline with a very warm atmosphere. This model was part of the permanent collection of the museum of modern art in new york. These lamps give a very nice light effect. One of the lamps is still marked with the sticker "candle" (see photo). Source: candle catalogue april 1973, page 170. Very good condition (no pieces (chips) of glass). The price is for both.
