Pair vintage french double bronze glass and crystal wall lights 3310

Beautiful pair of vintage french bronze, glass and crystal wall lights dating from the 1940s.the back plates are shaped and decorated with leaf detail and have a hook on the back for hanging. From the back plate come the two scrolled arms with acanthus leaf detail. The arms lead to the cut glass bobeches and the candle drips are in wood and quite worn in places. Under each bobeche are two curved branches each with a hanging crystal. From the top of the backplate come three branches each with a beautiful faceted crystal.the lights are in lovely vintage condition with age related patina, marks and verdigris to be expected. The bronze has been cleaned but not polished so you can decide on its finish. They are fully working with french twin core wiring, one has braided wiring and take 2 small screw type bulbs e14 each. The assorted crystals and glass bobeches are complete and free from chips or cracks.we recommend all electrical items are checked and fitted by a qualified electrician in your own country to comply with local safety regulations.
