To trace the history of the famous regma drawing table, we must go back to the beginning of the 20th century. In 1923, lucien sautereau invented the principle of balancing tables and devices to be drawn by articulated parallelogram or pantograph. This greatly facilitates the realization of technical plans and works by architects. In the 1950s, the regma brand became a leader in industrial design equipment for design and architectural offices. Thanks to its pedal system, the tray of the drawing table is orientated according to the desired angle and height. A simple tap of the foot is enough. The manoeuvring of the tray requires no effort thanks to the "olive"-shaped counterweight system. Once the pedal is released, the tray is blocked and secured.
