Lot of 3 old copper navy lanterns or boat lamps - Fanal with Fresnel lens

Superb set of 3 identical old navy lanterns in copper and brass. (sold in a single batch of three lanterns / no retail). These lanterns date from the 1950s or so. The old oil lamps have been replaced by 220-volt light bulbs. No builder plates. These lanterns are generally in very good condition, but the interior oil lamps that have been replaced by a light bulb without significant modification of the lanterns (only two small holes in the rear hoods to pass the wires - these oil lamps being on slides). One of the three lanterns has a deformation of the rib in the lower part, certainly following a fall (see photo). Another has a slight deformation of the transport handle (see photo also). And the third has a small shock felt below (see photo). Fresnel lenses are in very good condition. Electrical systems (so they are not original) are in poor condition and will need to be replaced to be used safely. The bulbs are accessed by a hood opening on the back of the lantern (see photo). A lid on top also opens to allow combustion gases to escape. A small handle makes it easy to carry them. The original attachment on a support is done thanks to 4 riveted rings on the lantern (original) that come to receive (mating) in hooks on the desired support. These lamps are about 25 centimetres high (without the handle), 18 cm wide (with fastener rings) and 13 cm deep (without the electrical wires).
