1950s “Sun Series” desk lamp by H. Busquet for Hala, the Netherlands

A lovely desk lamp in eye-catching dutch design from teh sun series, model 1, designed by h. Busquet and manufactured by hala in the netherlands. Made of chrome plated and black lacquered metal, this modern piece has a very nice design! It emits a bright, directed light, that also shines to the narrow opening sin the hood which is adds an appealing extra dimension to the piece when lit. It remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
