Singer 1930 Bakelite Fan

Beautiful and rare fan model singer simanco ribbonaire model 6-1 in brown bakelite (burgundy). Designed by w. O. Langille in 1931 for the singer sewing machine co u.s.a. New york. All bakelite with an adjustable arm, soft flippers in brown cotton ribbons. 2-speed engine. Very good condition and in working condition, sends a 10-foot cooling air flow. Instruction guide printed on the underside of the fan. A copy of this versatile fan can be found in the permanent design collection of the moma (museum of modern art) in new york. Careful! Original american fan therefore in 110 volt, works perfectly with a classic transformer. Dimensions: l: 18 cm, h: 26 cm, p: 12 cm.
