Vintage console feet compass 60s-70s

Console in wood and metal double tray, compass foot, period. The tops are sky blue, the feet are white, the finishes are in gold metal. There are some traces (visible in the photos) on the top tray and on the feet. The underside of the upper tray has a rather peculiar appearance as if the wood had not been sanded.
