Tizio Micro vintage limited édition metal color

A great classic designed by richard sapper. Tizio reflects aesthetic and functional balance. A table lamp that remains a marvel of modern design. Introduced in 1972, the lamp is built with two counterweights allowing the user to direct the light at will. The lamp adjusts with a pull or push of the hand. Eliminating the need for foreign wires and enhancing clean aesthetics, tizio's arms conduct electricity to the light bulb. An early introduction of halogen to an industry outside the automotive industry. A small reflector works with the light source to provide highly concentrated light. Tizio, a big winner, is included in moma's permanent collection.
