Set of 12 cutlery with victorian english dessert

Charming cake service from the late victorian era: 6 forks and 6 knives whose forks and blades are made of chromed metal and sleeves made of bakelite ivory color. The forks and knife blades are decorated with engraved patterns. The shape of the blades is inspired by india and recalls the glorious era of the raj. The whole is in good condition except for some traces of wear on some cutlery because chromium is more fragile than stainless steel (do not put in dishwasher). Each cover includes the mention: chromium plate stainless white throughout made in england. Range: 18cms. Knife: 20 cms.
