Minox wetzlar subminiature camera

1948-1954 subminiature spy camera with its original leather case. The minox wetzlar is a high quality subminiature camera that is small enough to be hidden in the palm of a hand. It was built by minox in germany between 1948 and 1969: it is the smallest subminiature camera ever manufactured by minox. The body of the device is made of aluminum, it measures only 82 X 27 X 15 mm when closed which allowed it to be very easily concealed. The minox wetzlar has a mechanical shutter that ranges from 1/2 to 1/1000 sec. The measuring chain is 60 cm long and has small "ball" markers at 20, 24.30 and 40 cm, as do the markings on the focus dial. The length of the total chain made it possible to photograph documents quickly for focus. Very good condition but more used for a few years. Maybe to revise - sold in the state. Rare piece.
