Description
Scandinavian dresser or storage cabinet edited by kempkes (1906/1971 netherland) made of wood with a teak veneer finish from the 1960s. The piece is part of the "formula" line (see photo). The room has a 4-drawer façade with a nice storage capacity, all clean and functional (the 3 smallest at the top; the size l 56 p 39 h 10 and the largest at the bottom l 56 p 39 h 16) with beautiful handles typical of the period. The piece is in very good general condition and vintage condition, with some traces and marks of use on the tray (see photo, next to piece of 1 cent for the perspective) and the side panels, very small lack of veneer at the left end of the tray, and superb patina of time. It has been gently cleaned to preserve its original appearance to the maximum. There are 2 brass screws on each side of the panels because the piece could be attached to other modules (2 more to come soon on the site). The piece is not that scandinavian for style or shape, it was made in finland (see photo), you can not really more scandinavian! This is the editor's etiquette (see photo). Very practical room, has minimal clutter, perfect for a bedroom, an entrance, living room or other.
