Teak folding dining table by Greaves & Thomas 1967

Vintage folding dining table in teak "scandinavian style" made by greaves &thomas in 1967. The series, 107, was the top of the range of greaves & thomas. Mainly sold by heals of london, greaves & thomas have made very good quality dining room furniture at a standard (and presumably) similar price to g plan and mcintosh. Greaves > thomas were taken over by schreiber in 1968, and gradually the name disappeared. The piece is in good original condition and vintage condition. I could have chosen to facilitate it and sand it. I prefer to keep it in the original state as I bought it. Of course it has been cleaned and feeds with linseed oil to restore its shine. It presents traces, marks of use, old uses, discoloration and patina of time on the plateau, songs, feet and structure (see photos and photos next to 1 cent piece for perspective). All mechanisms work, the table opens and bends effortlessly. It is solid and stable. The manufacturer's label is present indicates: its gt greaves& thomas brand, its year of manufacture nov 1967, its teak finish, model 5001 and series 107. Folded h 71 l 29.5 p 87.5 with an open side p 87.5 l 90.5 fully open p 87.5 not more than l 152. Perfect for space optimization, scandinavian deco, living room, open kitchen. Sitting without problem 4 to 6 people.
