Retro teak 1960s set of 3 nesting coffee tables

Description: This delightful nest of tables was designed by tom robertson for mcintosh of kirkcaldy in the mid-twentieth century. Mcintosh was known on the vintage market for their mid-century style furniture, particularly cabinetry and sideboards. Founded in 1869 by alexander henry (a.h) mcintosh (1835-1919) in kirkcaldy, fife. The functional design suits a small space ideally, the beautiful set consists of three tables that 'nest' nearly into the others when not in use. Both stylish and functional this beautiful piece would make a wonderful addition to any home. Item sku: Condition: We have carefully cleaned and re-polished this set to preserve its natural original appearance. The top of each table has been stripped and refinished with two coats of danish oil and a coat of hard wax for a durable finish.
