Adult school chair revisited in yellow

This rather large (adult?) sized school chair deserved a new life. Still solid and charming with its tubular metal structure repainted, surely a long time ago, in a golden beige color. The laminated wood seat and back were damaged, I filled in splinters of wood (on the corners) with wood putty, then I repainted the whole thing in a pale yellow (spray paint). casein) and finally I waxed it (colorless antique dealer's wax). But this chair retains its defects, its wear, its patina, the idea was not to make it a new chair, just to hide the main defects (damaged corners and very visible stains), give it a little pep, the paint is therefore not covering, it reveals stains, gaps, small defects to remain in the wabi sabi spirit, and will continue to develop a patina with the use you make of it. The paint on the structure has large gaps, scratches, stains and some superficial rust. The skates are present and functional. It measures approximately 44 cm in seat height, the encroachment measures 50 cm in maximum width and 51 cm in depth. The height at the backrest is 80 cm. She weighs around 5 kg.
