Large teak platter digsmed danmark 60s. Digsmed, a small but historic danish manufacturer of very well-designed teak objects, closed its doors in 1975. Numbered 303 at the back in the famous cartridge topped with a viking helmet, it bears the traces of a busy life in the land of perfect design. Two shards on the back, scratches, scratches, marks, blows, discolorations - all that makes the ideal patina of objects long cherished. Note the subtracted handles and, to top with refinement, the hollow profile. Length 55cm width 40cm.
