Set of 4 Dining Chairs by Oswald Haerdtl, Beech Veneer, Oil Finish, Midcentury

This set of four vintage dining chairs was designed by oswald haerdtl in the 1950s, famous austrian designer – together with mr. Josef hoffmann he designed the cafe terrace at the vienna werkbund exhibition of 1930, where they designed every little detail from interiors to even cutlery. The chairs are very light in form and comfortable in use. They have been completely restored finished in natural oil that protects the wood and gives it natural and warm finishing touch. They are veneered with beech wood. Perfect set, ready for everyday use.
