English stool chair year 1943 stamped GR VI

Stool chair, uk origin. Wooden and metal rocket foot bearing the inscription gr VI hand 1943. (during the reign of george vi).the seat is adjustable with a metal screw step. The folder is adjustable too. The seat and back are covered with a period waxed canvas. Wear of use. Good condition.
