Wilkhahn Delta set of 2 dining/conference chairs by Delta Design

This pair of wilkhahn delta 2000 lowback armchairs, without armrests, comes in the combination black leather, black seat shells and in very good condition. The leather is flawless, the plastic shells and the aluminum feet only show minimal signs of wear. The chairs are both rotatable. The delta 2000 model was designed in 1968 by the delta group. A classic in the 60s design. More than 100 years ago, the wilkhahn company was founded by friedrich hahne and christian wilkening as a chair factory. In 1946, contact was made with the deutsche werkstätten with the designers georg leowald and herbert hirche, who worked in the tradition of the bauhaus. Since then, wilkhahn has been one of the premium manufacturers of office furniture.
