G-Plan Fresco round coffee table by VB Wilkins in teak 1960s

The coffee table is in a fantastic condition - made in England by G Plan factory in the 1960s and designed by V B Wilkins.This piece had been inspired by the work of the famous Isamu Noguchi and it has a solid teak base complete with it original round glass top.The base has gone through the process of light but detailed restoration and multiple coats of teak and danish oil were applied to bring out the original colour and grain. We are very happy to report that there are no problems with the table it is fully functional and very attractive with very little or almost no signs of damage or wear. Designer Victor Wilkins..
