Vintage Mid-Century Swedish Modern Teak Desk, 1960s

This classic desk was made in Sweden during the 1960s. It is constructed from brown-gold teak with black elements. Teak wood is very durable, coming from four types of teak trees. The high content of oily substances means that practically no water soaks into it. This desk features seven drawers: three on each side and one in the middle. The drawer lock is functional, but the key is missing. The modernist design references the projects of the Mid-Century Modern era. This desk is in very good vintage condition. It has been partially restored but retains a natural patina and slight signs of age. The colours of the products shown in the photos may differ slightly from the actual ones.
