Beautiful tripod pine stool with a strong brutalist style. Made in France by a Burgundian craftsman in the 1950s. This stool is made from a piece of solid tree trunk serving as a seat, mounted on three raw wood legs. The work highlights the material in its most natural state: visible grain, irregular shapes, knots, and imperfections that make up the charm of raw craftsmanship. The seat and certain parts of the stool are grayed by time, giving it a beautiful raw patina.
