The aluminum Diskos lamp, designed by Jo Hammerborg in 1965. When lit, the lamp provides a soft, glare-free downward glow, making it ideal for low hanging, while the glossy surface captures and reflects the contours of the surrounding space. One of several themes that recurred in Jo Hammerborg's work at Fog & Mørup in the 1960s was that lamps were often made from three different metals – copper, brass, and aluminum. Dimensions: Diameter: 47cm Height: 11cm The lamp is in good condition, with signs of use visible in the photos. The lamp has been thoroughly cleaned, and the cable has been replaced with a new, braided one. A new metal canopy is included. Instagram: @same.olds
