Herman Miller attr. to black leather mid century sofa

This mid-century black leather sofa was most likely made by Herman Miller and designed by George Nelson. It seems identical with Herman Miller catalogues from the 1960s. The dimensions: H: 72 / W: 207 / D: 83 cm. The piece has been professionally renovated by a previous owner. It is upholstered in new, high-quality black aniline leather, and goose down–filled cushions have been reshuffled. As a result, the sofa is extremely comfortable, combining visual lightness with generous support. There are small pin marks visible on the back, most likely originating from the renovation process, but overall the sofa is in very great vintage condition.
