Decorated ceramic vase signed Pecchioli, 1950s

Magnificent porcelain vase marked Hutschenreuter, Germany, 1940s/50s - Designer: Marcello Pecchioli. In perfect condition, it features a superb decoration in enamel and pure gold, depicting a charming scene of birds and plants. The neck of the vase is adorned with a pure gold rim. Dimensions: H. 40 cm, D. 27 cm. Founded in 1948, the Marcello Pecchioli company draws upon the experience Mr. Pecchioli acquired as a decorator within the Richard-Ginori "Manifattura di Doccia" company. Specializing in the decoration of glass and porcelain, it creates objects decorated by hand with gold and polychrome enamels.
