Pair of Franjou pelican bookends

Pair of Art Nouveau/Art Deco period bookends, made of metal (spelter with a brown and gold patina) on marble bases, with glass eyes, signed "Franjou" for Hippolyte Moreau (1832-1927). Good overall condition, some signs of age consistent with its age, without major damage (two small chips in two corners of the marble, stains on the metal).
