Art Deco ceramic fish

Superb crackled ceramic sculpture representing a stylized fish, resting on a marine decor. Dating from the 1930s, this piece is signed L. Fontinelle, an artist renowned for his elegant and decorative creations. Its original crackled enamel gives it a unique charm, typical of the productions of the Art Deco period. Refined work, with sober and harmonious lines, ideal for completing a collection of antique ceramics or bringing a touch of authenticity to an interior. A rare and elegant decorative piece, both sober and expressive. Slight snag on the foot (photo in support) but very good general condition.
