Fox trott sugar bowl from sarreguemines, 1930s, vintage art deco earthenware

Superb Sarreguemines earthenware sugar bowl, dating from the 1930s. This is the Fox-Trott model, in a very Art Deco style, hand-painted with blue stripes on a white background. It is stamped "Sarreguemines France Fox-Trott" on the base. It is in its original condition, with some minor imperfections in the glaze, a chip on the inside rim of the sugar bowl, and another chip on the inside rim of the lid. The gold trim is very beautiful. Keep in mind that this piece is almost 100 years old! Its small flaws and signs of wear make it a unique item with a story!
