Blue bullicante murano glass ashtray / small bowl - italy, 1950s. Decorated with small air bubbles trapped inside the glass (known as ''bullicante''). This technique became famous during the 1930s when introduced by archimede seguso. H: 7.5 cm d: 13.5. Original label (''genuine venetian glass|made in murano|italy'') at the bottom slightly worn but still intact. Excellent vintage condition.
