This mahogany desk is from the Art Deco period, probably the 1930s/40s. It opens at the front with a case consisting of 3 drawers, one of which is a trompe-l'œil, and 1 under the top with compartments. Possible attribution: Jules Leleu, André Sornay, Maurice Dufrêne, DIM (Dominique). The “∞” handles can be found with several manufacturers and in office furniture, sometimes with companies like: Krieger (secondary ranges), Primavera (simple versions), Parisian or Lyon workshops. No missing parts. Condition consistent with age.
